Led by Rachel Hobbs-Price, Bellbird draws on more than 30 years of industry experience—spanning concept development, logistics and onsite execution, sponsorship strategy, and audience engagement.
Rachel was part of the original family behind XPO Exhibitions, one of Australasia’s most respected event organisers, later acquired by DMG World Media in 2001. She then joined Hayley Media as Exhibition Director, where she successfully launched and elevated several shows—many of which were later acquired by XPO in 2013.
Her career has included senior roles with leading event companies across New Zealand and Australia, delivering some of the region’s best-known expos, trade shows, and conferences.
Now, through Bellbird Events, Rachel brings together strategic insight, hands-on delivery, and future-ready innovation. Budgets are her forte — from modest to major, she knows how to make every dollar count.
